If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope this review encourages Professional Interpreters to establish better scheduling and communication procedures so another family does not experience what we did. My husband is a business owner with a demanding schedule, and taking time off is difficult. I have more flexibility, so I coordinated my time off around our immigration interview. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo har�a, el d�a de mi entrevista la interprete no se comunic� nunca con nosotros , la citamos a una hora espec�fica acordada con los agentes de su oficina y cuando el oficial en uscis el que se encarga de chequear en su computadora para saber que est�bamos presente, la int�rprete nunca apareci� a la hora acordada que fue 11:15am. I work for a non profit that supports youth and families experiencing foster care. I connected with Deanna and was able to have interpretation for one of our Spanish-speaking youth for an event. Having an interpreter allowed this youth to engage in the group activities, connect with our youth, and be able to speak freely to someone. The interpreter herself l, Dulce was professional, kind, punctual, and personable. We had an incredible experience and will continue to use their services.
