Very disappointed with this inspection. Dean missed multiple serious issues that should have been identified by a professional. During the walkthrough, I personally pointed out an active bathroom water leak, yet it was not properly addressed in the report. Foundation concerns and large ceiling cracks, which appeared to be poorly covered up, were also missed entirely. After purchasing the home, it became clear the inspection provided little to no value.
