Oh my goodness, just no. Just no. Don't do it!! Don't be fooled by the reviews. I called because I needed a state amended form and ended up in a circular 15-minute conversation with a young woman who seemed annoyed that she had to answer questions and annoyed that I was unable to do the tax form by myself. She told me that they didn't do amended state forms, but only would do it with federal. I said, that's fine, I will happily pay you guys to redo my federal ones as well.
