After my wife was done with her CT scan at the PCIFL located at 7806 Lake Underhill Drive Suite 101 on June 22nd (today), she was in the lobby ready to go home. I have previously been satisfied with the service at this center. However, I recently had to have a transvaginal ultrasound. Since the center was willing to do the procedure, I believed the equipment was available to- as comfortably as possible- handle the process. There was no pelvic exam table with stirrups as used at an ob- gyn's office. Instead, a narrow table next to a wall was used. It is difficult to move the left knee when it is next to the wall. They duplicated tests and doubled the copay to $400. My insurance is telling me that what I got done was one test which should be $200

My doctor sent me to them for a CT Scan as well as xrays. The Tech staff are outstanding, however, due to the incompetence my doctors staff my medical charts were lost and I emailed Professional Imaging Center for my test results I have been ignored by them. It has been over a month and I have no idea what my test results might be. As they have been paid by both myself and my insurance company I see no excuse for being ingnored. I was told by my doctor to have a test there but when I went there, the girl told me they didn't call my insurence about my test. I had to go there again and went and waited for 2 hours or even more and she went and told me I couldn't get my test and they were running late. I won't go there again and told my doctor I don't want to so he sent me somewhere else and had my test that day. Very rude people and dont care about me having to get my test at there place at all.

My doctor sent me their after my auto accident for an MRI. I was very afraid and I had never had to use my car insurance ever before in my life. This office was beauitful and the staff was amazing! I deft. reccomend this company.

Let's face it, going for a medical procedure can be stressful but the staff made my visit a breeze. I definitely recommend them to all.

I had to go for an MRI and wasn't looking forward to it. Professional Imaging made the experience calming for me and I was really surprised at how effortless the whole process was. The staff was very nice and accommodating so if I ever need an MRI again (hoefully no time soon), I would go back for sure.
