I lived here for like one year this place is really good in terms of security you'll not get any bad vibes from this condos security is 24/7 and the security guys takes extra care of security the area in which these condos are located is really good obly problem here is the ceilings are really short and because the units are so old it has paper thin walls that makes things annoying sometimes because you can even listen to the noise of foot steps of people living above you and that makes things difficult sometimes because you... read more

Lived at 2750 Holly Hall Unit 406 from December 2019 to December 2020. Long lasting cigarette smoke odor detectable from inside bedroom of unit, cigarette smoke penetrates into the unit on a regular basis, due to neighbor(s). Overwhelming, regularly occurring, penetration of marijuana smoke and cigar exposure in unit, due to neighbor. Multiple feral cats on property, contracted fleas.
