1My hair was damaged/ripped out to the point that I had a visible bald spot when having my sew in removed by one of the wash girls. I called and informed Sharon of this in tears once I got home and unwrapped my hair (she had to have seen it because she proceeded to press my hair after the wash) and instead of even having an OUNCE of professionalism, an attempt to help me or at least some EMPATHY she simply said: “I don’t want to do your hair anymore don’t come back.” I had been a client for years.
