One of the better jobs I ever had. Alot of traveling ( which can be a pro or a con ), and they would always put us in nice hotels. Always fed us on their dime, paid us to drive, paid vacation on top of fair salary and bonuses. Treated like extended family from owners and the guys i worked with were good people. Can't think of a negative in all honesty. It's been a few years, but if it's anything like how it was, you could do a lot worse than finding employment with Pro HVAC
