The realtor I bought my home from suggested them as being good to use as they worked together before. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know better. The electrical work in the house was not up to code at all, along with a number of other issues I found after I bought it.
Missed black mold in my home and I have been sick since I have bought the place. Asked for my money back and got ignored. Currently having to stay at my dads because I cannot live in my home I bought. Single mom with 2 kids and at a loss of what to do. Find a better inspector.
Still dealing with problems that should have been flagged from day 1 by the inspector. Asbestos in plain sight, siding covering attic entrance, you name it. I wish I would have known more to look for myself, but being my first house I was buying - I didn't know anything. Easy and simple things that should have gotten caught by inspector did not. YIKES
