If I could give them ZERO, I would. An L 4 -5 spinal fusion 2 day hospital stay turned into 9. I was released with PHH to provide visiting nurse and PT services. When I had not heard from PHH, I called, only to be told that I would have to be referred by my Primary Care Phys., who I had a call with in 5 DAYS! No help, no PT, no nurse for 5 days.
