Heavy Retaliation for almost anything, we can't report any damage because not only will they NOT pay for it, they will make things worse in any way they can. They regularly have no one to fill in, so the visit is entirely skipped. Recertifications were treated like options, nurse visits almost never happened, and every communication we had with them was treated like a burden. Really!? You can't get out of bed to inspect the work you trust is done so I guess this is ok. Besides the fact they don't have a schedule and show up whenever they want to when they do decide to show up it's for 10 minutes or they just sit there and play games on their phone. We have no idea what they are billing Medicaid for but they are definitely bleeding the system dry. THEY SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATION.
