PHD to me stands for Pathetic Home Doctors. We had a 2,000 water leak inside a double wide manufactured home. 3/4 of it had to be gutted. We were told they cleaned the floor vents for heat & AC. They did not it looked like they swept saw dust & debris in there (8 floor vents total). A brand new Kohler toilet developed a leak. in the back. Why, because when they put the top part on the botton part they messed up the seal & used plumbers putty to fix. It took 1 full year for us to have access again.
