I heard crackling noises behind my washer/dryer in my new condo. I unplugged it and called Professional systems on a Sunday, spoke to a live human, who took all my info and soon got a call back with a plan on coming out the next morning. They were right on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Professional Systems found that the dryer receptacle was a 15 amp receptacle on a 20 amp circuit and noted the receptacle had loose connections and was a damaged. Awful service. Sky high rates. Having them out for an evaluation was a scam. Charges $225 just to step onto property.
