Very satisfied using Mark every time. Always trust him!!
From the initial inspection to the final walk-through, the entire team was prompt, professional, and transparent about costs and timelines.
Very courteous and professional! I enjoy working with Professional Services
When trying to get my generator repaired before the storm, did not show up the first day even though i called three times to confirm i am on the schedule. Did not notify me that it would be the next day as well. When showing up the next day, said they did not have time to do any testing and could not do anything for me. Still charged almost $300 for showing up and not diagnosing anything. Do not recommend.
They are fast, fair on price, and deliver exceptional work on every project.
