Installed thermostat swiftly and efficiently.
I was worried the problem might persist, but after they quickly replaced a faulty capacitor in about an hour last Tuesday, the system has been running smoothly ever since. They also took the time to explain why it failed and suggested some simple maintenance tips to avoid future issues.
Quick, efficient servicing, no issues.
Our condo association requires coordination before any work, but once permission was granted, the technicians completed the duct and vent cleaning in around two hours and were very thorough. They also took time to advise on maintaining airflow efficiency, which was not covered in their previous visit a year ago.
The installation took most of the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of integrating it with our existing ductwork. The technician was thorough and even checked the thermostat settings to ensure everything functioned optimally.
