I am on the younger side for needing hearing aids and I find a sense of comfort with Mrs. Hepker. Her evaluation and recommendations were exactly the same as U of M, but I get to stay local! I have been going to Mrs. Hecker for 7 years now and I truly appreciate her level of knowledge, professionalism, kindness and just how down to earth she is. I have been going to Ms Hepker ( Sandy) since 1990, she is caring, kind, helpful and most of all PROFESSIONAL always. She has always been the best when it comes to testing, fitting the aids or readjusting them. I DO NOT suffer fools and the fact I have trusted Sandy with my hearing needs for 33 years should say it all.
I usually don't do these but after reading the negative review, I felt I must! I have been a patient since l996. She is knowledgeable and professional. I have highly recommended her and will continue to in the future.
