I am on the younger side for needing hearing aids and I find a sense of comfort with Mrs. Hepker. Her evaluation and recommendations were exactly the same as U of M, but I get to stay local! I have been going to Mrs. Hecker for 7 years now and I truly appreciate her level of knowledge, professionalism, kindness and just how down to earth she is.
