Knowledgeable caring and responsive to my needs for better hearing and quality of life.
I am surprised anyone has had a good customer experience at any of their offices. I have tried 3 different offices with the same poor customer service experience. They just do not get it. If you have low expectation you are more likely to be happy.
Service is great with nice people. Have been with them for many years.
