Kim is such a valuable and much needed advocate. Her compassion, knowledge and determination is inspiring. When I could not find a hospice company willing to provide tracheostomy care for a friend, Kim stepped in and found the right company. I cannot express how grateful I am to her for all she does! Kim has been a true life send in navigating the healthcare system and taking care of my brother who is over 1200 miles away. She was available immediately after I contacted her and her knowledge and access to resources that have been needed are fantastic—things someone who is not in the know could never achieve. I cannot say enough about Kim Acosta. I live out of state and there is no way I could have taken care of my aunt without Kim's support. She was responsible for arranging the best in home care with all of the different resources that are available in Southern California. She is very attentive and gave thorough updates of my aunt's wellbeing. I am so appreciative of the care she has given my aunt and my family.
