The stars are for the 2 doctors that are great. The lack of stars is directly tied to the lack of professionalism and bedside manners from the front office receptionist. I’m trying to establish a new primary doctor, and again, the 2 I have seen are thorough and understanding. That said, seriously considering trying a new doctor solely because of the receptionist who always makes snarky remarks and has a horrible attitude
