This organization is horrible- They are suppose to be in contact with a patient within 24 hours. That’s a joke. I tried calling after the 24 hour deadline- got the run around and only option was to leave. Message- I honestly left 5 messages for “Andrew”- Now going on the 5th day of my moms discharge and no call, it’s no wonder that this company does not associate with the Better Business Bureau- This is just horrible and they are a third party administrator for Medicare! This is the most unprofessional company that I have had to deal with in many years! They don't seem to know anything about scheduling, keeping appointments when they do manage to make one, and don't seem to care when they don't come through. Twice my doctor has referred me to t hem, they failed to call for four days the first time, then wanted to send someone in when I was going into the hospital, then this time, called, said someone would be coming to my house, the nurse called and said she would be here the next day at ... read more
