My new sister in law got her hair done here for her wedding yesterday. She had come in for a trial run the week before and wasn’t happy with the style they did that day. So, she went in yesterday the day of her wedding and got it done and wasn’t happy with it and she let the stylist know and they redid it, and she STILL wasn’t happy with it and said she informed them of it the second time but instead of offering a helpful solution, the instructor just kept telling her that it looked pretty. Booked an appt a week ahead of time for a facial. When I checked in the receptionist said there would be a short wait. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting. No one checked on me or updated me on how much longer it would be. I left without my service because I was sick of waiting.
John was my stylist today. He was so attentive and did a fantastic job with layering my wavy/curly mop.
Allison did an amazing job on my hair. She has my business for life. She took her time and did great
