I have been getting my hair done at The Salon Professional Academy for years. I have recommended it to many people. The instructors are always close at hand watching, giving advice, helping out when and where needed. Recently when I went in for a hair cut I was told all my curl from my last perm would be gone. I decided to go ahead and get a fresh perm. The student working with me had never given a permanent. One of the instructors helped wrap my hair to help speed up the process. The stylist did an all right job, but really could have used an instructor by her side. What is supposed to be blonde turned in to pink, which was supposed to be avoided with the instructor's help, but she was no where to be found. Also, I was quoted one price and charged WAY above that estimate. For the price, I'm going to a professional from now on.
Fantastic experience, I went in for a haircut and Ellen styled my hair just perfect to my liking. The instructor Danielle had just the right touch of interaction, guidance & knowledge. They both were so nice and their own hairstyles were awesome. Great job Ladies.
Went and tried hairstyles and makeup trials yesterday for my wedding that is coming up in June. I was majorly blown away how friendly they were, and how well they did their job. I had Mariah Jessie for a hairstylist and Amy for a makeup artist; they both were amazing and knew how to please a future bride. Defiantly will be scheduling all my girls and me an appt on my wedding day!
A shout out to Charles. Great job today. For both my hair color and my son's cut.
