Most disgusting experience - I have never been spoken to so rudely. I went in to get some brown hair dye, I asked the lady with short blonde hair for advice on which shade of brown they had that was best matched to a photo of my natural hair. She spoke to me like I was an absolute idiot and said “this is a professional hair supply store so it’s for people who actually know what they’re doing”.
