I paid $6750.00 to have Raphael Diaz and his brother replace rotten fascia on my house and shed. They cut a hole on an interior wall under the dormer fascia and left gaps where the boards were replaced. Flashing was promised to be placed, but never was. They were to paint the shed with paint I had to buy. They replaced the shutters without painting under them and painted the edges of the shutters.
