I hold much disappointment and serious concerns regarding Professional Grade LLC. After 30+ years of dealing with contractors, I can confidently say this is the worst company I've ever worked with. The quality of the work was done horribly, requiring numerous and costly re-dos. If you're not familiar with construction, and are currently working with them I strongly advise hiring a third party contractor to over see their work. I recently had siding installed on a property I own and I am very pleased with the outcome. The office staff was professional and helpful throughout the process. The project was completed in a timely manner, the price was reasonable and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend their services.

Professional Grade's work was fast and their front office was especially excellent. Friendly and responsive communication throughout the process so we knew what to expect. The project manager, Casey, was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had roof replaced and work to combine garage doors into one. Roof was replaced over two days but that was mostly due to poor weather.
