Great care and friendly staff!
Great place. Quick but they don't rush you through your appointment. They ask how you're doing and actually listen when you have questions.
Even though it’s been 10 years since I last needed Dr. Williams, he was just as friendly, explained everything he was going to do, attentive, quick, and thorough as before!! Was not expecting to have a procedure done but he was awesome and put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Dr. Williams as well as his staff. Thank you. You guys rock!!!!
I am very disappointed with both the billing department and the overall service I received. I made my appointment in December 2025 specifically because my deductible had already been met for the year. I saw the doctor in December 2025 and ordered my inserts at that time. However, because I picked up the inserts in January 2026 after the holiday, the claim was billed to my 2026 insurance benefits. As a result, my deductible had restarted and I was left with a $500 out-of-pocket expense. This was never communicated to me. That... read more
