Even though it’s been 10 years since I last needed Dr. Williams, he was just as friendly, explained everything he was going to do, attentive, quick, and thorough as before!! Was not expecting to have a procedure done but he was awesome and put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Dr. Williams as well as his staff. Thank you. You guys rock!!!!
I am very disappointed with both the billing department and the overall service I received. I made my appointment in December 2025 specifically because my deductible had already been met for the year. I saw the doctor in December 2025 and ordered my inserts at that time. However, because I picked up the inserts in January 2026 after the holiday, the claim was billed to my 2026 insurance benefits. Did an excellent job on athletes foot that I had. Many of my regular family doctors told me for decades that "some peoples feet just crack, theres nothing you can do." So I just suffered.
I’m very pleased with my surgery results and the care I received from Dr. Williams and staff.
