Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We used them to put in flooring in our school in Apopka. They did a very poor job installing by not putting the floor fully up against the walls so over time they have slipped apart and been peeled / ripped up through use. If they were installed correctly and held in place there likely would have been no issue. Not only that, but this all happened under the warranty period and they refuse to come out and even look at the poor job that they have done to potentially replace the product. I definitely will not recommend this company to anybody. Although the template made was right - the cut was wrong and didn't fit correctly and had to be jerry-rigged to get it in. My son, who owns a repair business, happened to be here when they were installing one of the bathroom counters and he had to cut a hole in the wall to make it fit. The walls are drastically scarred - which can be fixed but if the granite had been the right size it wouldn't have happened. Took from may 28 to July 13 to receive my floor, they were unprofessional, tried to blame the customer for their mistakes. Their warehouse staff took my contact info to use for personal usage. Name it and they did it wrong.....

Just completed my 1st and last transaction with this company. It was nearly impossible to get a return call, I was placed on hold at least twice with no response and when I verbally expressed my dissatisfaction, it wasn't even acknowledged. Oh and it's a good thing I double checked their field template or the backsplash would have been too tall.

Good luck!!! Really bad unprofessional and don't care. It's all about money not customer service. I have had so many issues I can't begin to tell you. Just give yourself a break and go somewhere else.

In April of 2012, I hired this company to redo my kitchen and the flooring for my downstairs. The flooring has been the VEERY worst part of this. The crew that was sent had what seemed to be an experienced leader but not an experienced crew. The leader was here a total of about 2 days of the five day tile job. My tile is uneven throughout the entire downstairs. When the job was done, I called the several times and after a couple of cancelled appointments, the owner (the husband) came and looked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very dissatisfyed and was told it was our own fault. Had to get 3rd party involved for resolution because they would not return any calls. Tile floor, cabinets & granite countertops. First tile floor was torn up after faulty installation. Was told our contract was up and to read it. We read it and it wasn't up - they didn't know what was in their own contract. Very unprofessional. Lied, took advantage of kindness, no customer service, no customer satisfaction, just didn't care. Beware - I would not recommend this company: They put in granite counter tops and new sinks in my home. There was a leak afterwards that caused water damage. They refused to take responsibility for leak or the damage
