The company themselves usually have very nice and accommodating staff. I can be honest and say that the staff/company has agreed to almost every accommodation I've asked for in relation to billing. I recently spoke with a representative named Shante (may be mispelled) and with her as a representative of the company, I would not recommend the services to anyone.
