It's a very stressful situation, but I have had the pleasure of I'm getting supported by this individual every single time that I've spoke to this organization for the last 2 and a 1/2 years. She's very understanding. She's very kind and is willing to be very accommodative to my circumstances. So I am very grateful to actually be able to walk through this with with this representative.
