Pleasant person, Barb was clear and efficient
Jade was extremely helpful. Not pushy to just get a payment. Very understanding and comfortable to work with. She not just there to clock in and do her job to the bare minimum. She went above normal standards to help.
My insurance company did not receive any claims and this company was given my bills. Roxanne was VERY helpful in navigating the shock and figuring out what to do. While I would have preferred to not have dealt with this at all, having Roxanne help was a huge boon.
