My family and I have had experience with Drs. Ashley Springston, Troutman, and Fischer, and they have all been fantastic. The ladies in the glasses department have been very helpful as well, especially Joyce, who helped me out today.
We visited for the first time today for new patient exams, from start to finish everything was excellent. Reception and technicians were friendly. Mary the optician was an absolute gem, she was easy to talk to and enthusiastically helped us pick new glasses that we're super excited for. Dr. Ashley was knowledgeable, thorough and patient with us both. I have been taking my kids here for years and never have I been let down. Joyce helped us with getting the glasses went above and beyond with her help. Dr. Fisher is always wonderful with the kids.
