I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I too go there because it is covered by my insurance. Dr. Washington is pleasant. But forget it after that. I had to call my insurance to find out if my glasses had been sent out and I was told me they had been delivered and even gave me the name of the person who signed for them. But do you think I received a courtesy call telling me my glasses were in. Of course not. I had to call them to find out they were there.
