Dr. Huggins is hands down the best, most thorough and friendly optometrist I’ve ever had. I hope he sticks around for the long haul because I will go out of my way to see him for all of my appointments. Staff here is friendly and the facility is clean. Can’t really ask for a much better experience than I do here.
From personal experience, your receptionist’s evade responsibility. I have been going here for 3+ years and never had an issue, up until my spouse went last week. Have contacted insurance and have been told that benefits are available for spouse, however your staff is not listening.
