I have been a patient of Professional Eye Care since they opened they're door in Roseboro and since then Dr Max Raynor's health has gotten worse with age but his mind is still razor sharp however the peofessialism has deteriorated to where you barely to hardly ever speak to a human being and Klara and leaving a voicemail is useless when it takes 3 hours for a patient to getting service with an issue and put on hold for 3 or more minutes just to be told someone else will be calling you back and and getting your glasses back t... read more

As a customer, I'm not worth $150. I purchased new shade glasses, and new lenses for my current glasses (over $500). I wanted to try the lenses in my regular glasses without bifocals. The assistant helping with frames addressed my fears. I was told as long as I returned within 60 days, the lenses would be covered free of charge, and I could go back to bifocals. Dr. Massengill is amazing, this was my 2nd year using their services for eye care and prescription frames & lenses. Dr. Massengill is thorough, listens to her patients, and addresses concerns with genuine education. The glasses tech that helped me was bubbly and helped me understand my insuance coverage to make sure I was getting the best deal I could afford, without me even having to ask (i wish I could remember her name because she was the only staff member besides the doctor who was warm).
