I found the staff very professional but not overly friendly. I came for an eye exam so that I might order glasses from my preferred source. I did get the prescription but they would not give me pupillary distance unless I paid another $30. This will be my last visit.
Dr. Athy himself deserves 5 stars! However 3 of the ladies working in this atmosphere seems to absolutely hate their jobs.. front desk , to some of the testing ladies didn’t crack the first smile, they looked so dreadful to be there! As someone’s first time at this location it was a little disappointing!
On 07/09/2025 Professional Eye Care Benson is still tops in my book. While all team members are rated 5+ Stars, Hannah stands out today as a caring and efficient professional. Thanks Hannah!! Always a professional and caring staff at Professional Eye Care. I trust them with my eyes!! 😎
