I had a great follow up visit with Dr. Massengill , she is very thorough and strives to make sure her clients understand the test results and any treatment if needed. I highly recommend PEC in Benson . I had some follow up tests and when I went to pay the bill , Jennifer advised me that this was a medical procedure and that my Medicare Advantage plan should cover it . I want to say thank you to the amazing staff at this location. I’m a new client and my first experience was fantastic. I had 3 sets of glasses on order working with new and old frames - when there was an issue with the older frames they went above and beyond to resolve the issue - I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of customer care based on my previous provider. Dr. Raynor and his staff were fantastic.
This office is a joke. You spend, at the very least, 4 hours inside for a simple routine appointment. They are always "running behind," but yet heaven forbid you're late for what is supposed to be your appointment time. The staff does not communicate to each other, which means things are not always ordered like they should be. You can't count on them to contact you.
