Dr. Athy himself deserves 5 stars! However 3 of the ladies working in this atmosphere seems to absolutely hate their jobs.. front desk , to some of the testing ladies didn’t crack the first smile, they looked so dreadful to be there! As someone’s first time at this location it was a little disappointing!
On 07/09/2025 Professional Eye Care Benson is still tops in my book. While all team members are rated 5+ Stars, Hannah stands out today as a caring and efficient professional. Thanks Hannah!! Always a professional and caring staff at Professional Eye Care. I trust them with my eyes!! 😎
This place is great. Everything is clean and nice. All the people were incredibly friendly. I arrived early and was called back early, which was cool. Nice atmosphere in the back, and cool machines in all of the rooms. The doctor explained what was in all the images, which I thought was pretty cool as well. Honestly, I don't think I could have been more pleased.
Dr Massengill is excellent. She is very thorough and ensured all necessary tests were completed and accurate. Staff was helpful throughout the visit from the technicians to optical. Best optometry practice around!!
