Everyone is very helpful there. I’m not thrilled that it has been a month since my daughter’s appointment and she still doesn’t have her glasses. Every time I call they tell me they are not in and not sure how much longer. I went 3 wks after her appointment and already got my contacts! I would appreciate a better answer than we will call you. We made this appointment thinking she would have her glasses way before school , apparently not!!!
I have been a patient of Professional Eye Care since they opened they're door in Roseboro and since then Dr Max Raynor's health has gotten worse with age but his mind is still razor sharp however the peofessialism has deteriorated to where you barely to hardly ever speak to a human being and Klara and leaving a voicemail is useless when it takes 3 hours for a patient to getting service with an issue and put on hold for 3 or more minutes just to be told someone else will be calling you back and and getting your glasses back t... read more
