This place is great. Everything is clean and nice. All the people were incredibly friendly. I arrived early and was called back early, which was cool. Nice atmosphere in the back, and cool machines in all of the rooms. The doctor explained what was in all the images, which I thought was pretty cool as well. Honestly, I don't think I could have been more pleased.
Dr Massengill is excellent. She is very thorough and ensured all necessary tests were completed and accurate. Staff was helpful throughout the visit from the technicians to optical. Best optometry practice around!!
I had a great follow up visit with Dr. Massengill , she is very thorough and strives to make sure her clients understand the test results and any treatment if needed. I highly recommend PEC in Benson . I had some follow up tests and when I went to pay the bill , Jennifer advised me that this was a medical procedure and that my Medicare Advantage plan should cover it . I wasn't sure but she was on the phone with them for at least 30 mins getting it handled for me . I only had to pay a $10 out of network copay . She went out o... read more
