Great eye doctor! Great Staff! Very Respectful and nice!
Dr. Phillips and his staff are very RUDE! They do NOT take care of patients like they should. If you ever go here, then you are going to have the worst experience of a lifetime. This doctor is evidently on some type of drugs, and he is not professional on how he handles his patients.
