Been waiting for my glasses for 2weeks. Called for an update to see the status of my glasses and got put on hold for 10+ minutes so I hung to call back. I called back and could finally get some help only to hear that my glasses weren’t ready. Then after the phone call I received two text messages saying my glasses were ready for pickup. I go to pick my glasses up to only hear that they lost my glasses and I have to wait until they find them or until the “lab” takes another two weeks to remake them. I’ll never be back.
