Billing continues to mess up. They have used the wrong DX codes, for our yearly Diabetic exam. My husband and I come on the same day for our exam. The year before and this past year (November 15), again the wrong codes used for both accounts. Medicare denied the claim. It took almost 1 year to straighten it out. Talked to the billing department today, got no real answer from them about our November bill, which Medicare again denied it. I have no complaints about the staff or Doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr. Koerner's for a very long time! I really like him and his office staff. They're amazing!
