Nice staff. The eye care is thorough and monitors my health beyond the eyes.
The staff is very friendly and they take time to do everything. The problem is that after I paid for everything and went home a year later when I tried to schedule they said I had almost $300 balance Little did I know they did a test that isn't covered by vision insurance they dont even tell you or give you the option to choose. I would have said no. This same problem is mentioned several times in other reviews. Wont be going back
After driving 2 hours to your location and a lab tech in house, but, the lab being closed he was assigned to the sales floor. Would have been nice to have gotten my emergency glasses the same day instead of having to make a second trip 4hour round trip. The staff was courteous and very helpful.
I went to Professional Eye Care today for an eye exam. Before we could get started they needed to verify my insurance coverage. My insurance is kind of weird in the sense where you have to call them to verify my coverage. The woman that was helping me word for word said "they're probably going to be closed and I have too many other things to do so I cant help you right now. You will need to reschedule."
