I'm so disappointed in this office. I love the doctor but my last two appointments were canceled by them and no offer to reschedule. Today I showed up for my appointment and got a simple sorry we tried to call you. Very unprofessional and rude!
Dr Kalladanthyil is great. Such a wonderfully pleasant demeanor. She went over everything we were doing and why and was patient with my time and questions. Highly recommend her for your new eye doctor. Personality and professionalism at its best.
