Satisfactory service The Professional Exhange has a management team that is very obliging and attentive. However, they are not typically set up for high call volume, or the "extra mile" type service when handling calls. Unfortunately, they are the largest in town.
Excellent answering service. We have used this company for over 7 years for a professional exchange service. I find them to be excellent, and will go above and beyond to reach physicians. They also store and record calls for up to seven years. Highly recommended!
