Horrible experience! I called with the hope to get an estimate for hair removal; my beard. A lady with an accent answered. There was a bad phone connection and I was disconnected. I called back, and the same lady answered and was shouting profanities at me. She thought I was a previous customer that was calling back to complain about her service.
