I was lied to about the contract, which I asked **** about when I was signing. He wanted me to sign it then after talking, so I verified verbally and asked if what he said was the contract which he said yes to. He told me I am able to change my mind as long as construction on my home was not done, which it wasnt and that a permit would take at least 2 months. The sales rep was very helpful and patient providing all the information regarding the panels I wanted and the whole process was a breeze with entire staff communicating with us on each step of the process till the end of installation. We are now waiting on the final step for FPL to install the new meter and cannot wait to see the system at work. Thank you for taking care of this quickly and efficiently.
