Raj arrived within the quoted time frame and phoned us to ask if he could park in the driveway (behind our cars) as there was no parking to be had around our street. He was exceptionally informative about the immediate problem and the long range concerns of our electrical system (aluminum wiring). I would recommend this company in general and Raj specifically. P.S. in these Covid crazed times, I really appreciated that he walked into our house wearing a mask and disposable booties.

Allan fixed our hallway outlet and replaced the kitchen ballast and provided us with more efficient fluorescent lamps to use. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I’ve just now called Professional Electrical for Allan to come back for other jobs. I’m recommending this company to my family and friends.

All I have to say is THANK YOU RAJ MULTANI!!! It took three tries and we were finally NOT let down. The company kept in contact and were there when they said they would be. I am so pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Such a good soul we met with amazing talent. Thank you so much Raj for making our extended living space a reality! It was a pleasure to meet you. Oh, and as for cost, absolutely reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend Professional Electrical!

Raj was fast, friendly and efficient - also had service call within an hour of phoning which as excellent. However, I thought the price grid method a little expensive at $300 for 20 mins of work.

Our house was built in 1957. You can imagine the renovations,additions and patchwork over the years! Today Raj arrived in the morning and left at 4:30. He found solutions for every issue we had! He is a very professional and personable young man. He was patient and clear when answering our questions. We have a one-year warranty and all is well. We certainly recommend this company...and Raj!
