I literally just called to get information about renting a place. Some guy answers, "Hello..." Since there was no "Thank you for calling such and such, this is so and so.", I then asked, "Is this Professional Drive Apartments?" His reply, "Yah." So I said, "That was slightly unprofessional but I'm calling to inquire about availability and pricing for..." and he hung up. If you read the details there’s a $500 security DEPOSIT! But you only get $250 back if no damage is found WHAT!! That’s ridiculous it’s a deposit how do you keep half of it lmao
