You will not be disappointed with Professional Document Services. I work at a small firm and dont have a ton of copy jobs, but Derrick and his staff always treat me as if I was their biggest client. When you call in you speak directly to the owner -- not a receptionist or an answering machine. I believe this helps insure that there is no middleman screwing up your order. The company works quickly, accurately and affordably. I recommend them highly!
This company gets the job done, gets the job done right and gets the job done timely - again, and again, and again. I have used Professional Document Services for many, many years, and they are the only company I will use. They are always pleasant to deal with, understand exactly what I need, and deliver back to me exactly what I need. I never have to review the work I get back because its always right. Cant say enough good things about PDS and Derrick! Very professional and always there for us with quality service. Almost all our huge copy jobs are rush and weve never been disappointed with the turnaround time OR the quality of the copies and organization. Never have to tell them twice what we need. Our firm wont use any other service!
I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. However, the most concerning attribute is the lack of organization within the firm. My law firm used Professional Document Services to put together discovery material for a very important case. The job was sloppy, even after the owner had to call several times for "clearer directions". Most litigation support services I have dealt with are more up to speed when it comes to the jobs that we request.
