Terrible experience. He said he would be there first thing in the am and didn't show up until 11:30 (no big deal). I look outside and he is smoking a cigar in my car while vacuuming. When my husband requested that he not smoke in the car, he argued with us about why it's ok to smoke in the car with the doors open. It was supposed be a detail, but I had to request for him to clean the driver door and console. There were crumbs left over and my car smelled musty afterwards.
