Decided to change my review because maybe I caught them on an off day. I went back in to get a tooth re-examined. My second visit was better, though they still have some work to do. It’s not so much of the dentist, it’s more of the front staff or lack there of. That’s the same issue with my last review, the organization is a little chaotic and I wasn’t greeted by the person sitting there in front at the desk, but greeted by the dental assistants that walk up to the lobby. I use to go to professional dental and was excited to go back to them, but I’m surprisingly disappointed. They were pretty unorganized. Nobody was upfront when I first arrived, when I went to the back to get examined I wasn’t really listened to. I told them what was going on and the dentist was skipped information there for I had to clarify. I think there was only one dentist in the building, he had to keep leaving to work on other patients. His assistant kept leaving, then they switched out and the other assistant didn’t do... read more
