I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM and was seen promptly, which initially gave me a positive impression. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. When I arrived, there were NO dental hygienists in the office. Instead, my care was handled by two very young dental assistants who appeared inexperienced and were unable to answer even basic professional questions regarding my dental health or treatment options. Great dentist who really wants your smile to look great!
Decided to change my review because maybe I caught them on an off day. I went back in to get a tooth re-examined. My second visit was better, though they still have some work to do. It’s not so much of the dentist, it’s more of the front staff or lack there of. That’s the same issue with my last review, the organization is a little chaotic and I wasn’t greeted by the person sitting there in front at the desk, but greeted by the dental assistants that walk up to the lobby.
