Just got RTC done by Dr Dinsbach and he was amazing walked me through everything the staff was friendly and personable.
I've been into the this Professional Dental several times, every time its always clean and the staff have been happy and very helpful. you can tell they really care about getting their patients the dental help they need to be healthy.
I had a very disappointing experience with Professional Dental in Lehi. My wife broke a tooth over the weekend and has been in significant pain for several days. I verified through our insurance portal that this office was in-network and texted with the office to schedule an appointment for 1:00 PM. When my wife arrived, they said she was not on the schedule. UPDATE: I got a called AGAIN from someone saying I have a balance of $400 something dollars when I already paid $400 dollars on the day of my treatment. I am sooo disappointed to the point to cancel my orthodontist treatment, if I knew I’ll get “hidden fees”, I’ll never agree on getting anything from this clinic, in total I paid almost $900 for a treatment that it was promised to be $240(and I signed to a document saying I only have to pay that amount).
