I have been to this office twice now. The first time, although they were running late, the appointment went well. I scheduled to return for some dental work in January. Upon arriving, there was another dental emergency and they asked if I could wait for 15 minutes. Over an hour later, they still were not available for my appointment. We came here as it was one of the few places listed by our insurance to do braces for my 12 year old twins. We went in for a consult, and by the end they were taking molds of our kids teeth and starting treatment when there was no implied consent to start. We thought the orthodontist was great and was speaking to our kids telling them what the plan was and we thought we'd submit the estimate to our insurance for pre-authorization and get the go ahead from everyone before we proceeded.
