Hal is one of the most kind, warm hearted and gifted therapists I have ever met.I was feeling better after just one visit! My cousin Eliya turned me on to Hal. She is has been a patient for a few years. Since a close family member passing away I’ve had hard time having fun. I was against going on medication. Hal gave me what I needed to move on. He may not accept insurance but what the vast improvement in my quality of life was definitely worth every single penny!!

I have participated in counselling with Hal for two years now. I appreciate the way he holds space for me and the methods in which he shows up for the other members uses. I also really appreciate how Hal shares from personal experiences so effortlessly and naturally.

I came to see Hal for a fear of flying, as my family was going on a big trip and I wanted to be a part of it. I had previously visited various hypnotherapists for this but still felt scared. My family convinced me to try hypnotherapy one more time with a new therapist. I must say, he helped me a lot. I was still a little bit scared but not as much as before. I was able to go on my family vacation and didn’t have anxiety or panic attacks. Thank you Hal. I am so thankful for you!

Hal Brickman created a safe place for me to process the pain I was suffering from. He gave me the tools that I needed to mature. I would definitely recommend him and his group therapy, it was helpful for me. Thank you!

Hal is so kind and wonderful! I felt so much lighter and free when leaving his office after the first session. Couldn't help but smile walking out of the office!
