I don't like to leave reviews, but I just hope no one else goes through this with their little one like I did, so I am writing this... When we took our kid to the Yellow Ribbon Counseling facility we told the therapist, Christina, how she was and what would happen. When she finally saw my kid's true self, after a couple of those sessions, she called us for a meeting and pretty much dropped my kid from her counseling sessions. Staff was extremely respectful, environment was comforting, would certainly recommend.
This place claims that “it must not be them” every-time someone leaves a bad review. This place is not a great counseling place. Take it from me. I once was a patient there.
A great place. Very good counselors. It's hard to find people who can help with severe things. Christia is wonderful.
Charges you for a whole hour but then ends sessions 20 to 15 minutes early. And then sends out statements late so there is always confusion on when bills were paid. Staff is nice but can tell they are inexperienced.
