I tried to get an appointment at this office and because I have BCBC BlueRI for Duals which is part of Medicaid as well. They wouldn’t give me an appointment because they don’t take my insurance. Well excuse me they’re to good to help people because of their insurance. That’s pure ignorance. Just so everyone knows if you have this insurance and need help don’t bother calling this place. And they have a therapist on their website that hasn’t started working there yet lol ! That’s fantastic!

It's unfortunate that a few years ago I chose this practice to hold couples sessions. After maybe 10 sessions, the practitioner said, "I don't think I can do anything for you two, please don't schedule another session." Now after being picky about who we share our lives with, we have a great therapist and things are improving every single day. My daughter sees Michelle and really loves going to her. My daughter was opposed to seeing a counselor for 2 years so when she first started I was afraid the wrong person would deter her from going back. But Michelle is calm and understanding and connects with her in a way that allows my daughter to actually listen and work on her issues.
