The doctor Stephanie and the therapist Sabrina is terrible. Stephanie was hoping I’d miss that last appt but I wouldnt miss it for the world. She took a vacation on my very first appt at the last minute, and wouldn’t take me once after being 5 minutes late, I started in December and its May and Im just now getting a docs appt cause they claim she is soooo busy. No consistancy at this place. In the short time I've been there I've had four different councilors and two or three different psychartists. They went to just one day in the office and now I'm told my therapist schedule has been changed and I can no longer have a morning appointment on the only day they are open. It just keeps getting worse.
I was terrified to go into counseling, but this has been a wonderful place for me to work on my anxiety.
Front desk lady is horrible with people!!! The whole place is a huge joke. I had no idea that if you miss an appointment with their counselor, they remove you as a patient even if you already have a follow up scheduled with the psychiatrist (who's one there like one day a month) and they don't call you to advise that you are no longer a patient. You have to find out yourself.
