Honest, Great Company – Bill runs a great company. I really didn't know where to look to find a reliable company. I'm glad that I contacted Bill. My laptop back light went out. Instead of Bill charging me for a whole new screen, he told me that he had a used screen around and it cut my price basically in half. He could have easily charged me for a new screen. I appreciate his honesty, fair pricing and quick timeframe. I will be back for any future repairs needed. Thanks Bill! Paul

Extremely Pleased & Satisfied! – Extremely Pleased with professionalism & knowledge. Bill is very courtious and helpful and I found his fees very resonable. This is the best experience I have had with a computer repair. Nothing But Praise – My girlfriend and I have taken her laptop to Bill on two separate occasions (first time for a destructive virus, second time for a nasty spill we had), and we had/have no complaints whatsoever.
